A Lawyer with a Business Mindset.
Before practicing law, I spent years in executive leadership — leading teams, managing projects, and making decisions from inside the business. That experience shapes the way I practice law today. I look beyond the legal text to understand the business behind it, the decision that needs to be made, and the impact it will create.

One Title Would Never Tell the Whole Story.
Lawyer. Executive. Founder. Businessman. Each describes part of his career. None explains it alone.

A perspective built from three worlds.
He started on the ground — managing field projects, leading teams, and living with real business decisions. Today he reads not just what the legal text says, but the operating business behind it.
Learned business from the inside — managing budgets, contractors, and critical project deadlines.
The value today lies in what he learned at their intersection.

What is legally sound must also make sense in the real world.
Built Inside Real Organizations.
From field projects to leading a company — and then building his own.

One career. Several chapters. Built through responsibility, not titles.
Explore the Full JourneyThe opportunity that began with a rejection.
He was rejected at first.
He chose to stay close and learn.
For about three months he worked without a salary before he was hired.
Then came telecom and infrastructure projects, field teams and contractors.
An early rejection is information. It does not have to become a verdict.
When project leadership became people leadership.
The scale grew.
Project managers, contractors, field teams, government and private clients.
At one stage he led more than 170 people, and he was younger than many of the managers he led.
An org chart gives authority. It cannot manufacture credibility. So he went closer to the field, and trust followed understanding.
Seeing the company, not just the project.
As Vice President, Finance & Administration, his view widened to finance, operations, partnerships, strategy and business development.
The question changed from "how do we deliver a project?" to "how does an organization create its results?"
That perspective later became central to his legal practice and his businesses.
Executive by day. Founder by night.
In 2018, while still holding an executive role, he began building his legal practice after hours.
Clients, cases, a team, processes, and countless small decisions to build an organization from zero.
Later he left the executive path to commit fully.
It was not a move away from his previous career. It was where that career became an advantage.
Building beyond the founder.
A founder-led practice grew into Alqassami Legal Group, now operating through five legal offices in Saudi Arabia, with domestic and cross-border experience.
Scale alone is not the ambition.
The goal is people, systems and standards that do not depend on one individual.
A practice can be built around a person. An institution has to be built beyond one.
The careers were never separate.
Business taught him execution.
Leadership taught him people.
Law sharpened judgment and risk.
Entrepreneurship taught him ownership.
International matters widened the view.
Not three titles. One perspective built from three worlds.
